ACRWORLD are working with one of Sydney's most reputable and well established not for profit Aged Care provider.

Due to our clients growth they seeking a Maintenance Officer to join their facility in Liverpool on a permanent basis.

**About the role**:

- Handle all reactive and programmed maintenance repair work across the property
- Assist in completion of minor building works and projects across multiple disciplines
- Regular reporting and liaison with Maintenance Coordinator
- Ensuring all facilities and work spaces are safe and comply with WHS

**About you**:

- Minimum **1-2 years** experience within Facilities/Maintenance in an Aged Care facility
- Basic understanding of Australian Health and Safety Standards
- Trades background preferred or desirable qualification
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and confident with Microsoft suites including excel
- A valid drivers license, white card and police check are mandatory.
