Join Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort as a full-time, part-time or casual Maintenance Officer.

Full-time Salary: $55,484.00 per year + Super + Company Benefits

Part-time Rate: $22.46 per hour

Casual Rate: $28.08 per hour

About the role:

- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Ensure all common areas are clean and tidy
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property;
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules

**Qualifications**

Successful applicants will have:

- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised.
