Our client is a longstanding and successful manufacturing business located in Dandenong South. They are well renowned for designing and manufacturing bespoke bronze & metal products to wholesale customers across Australia in the architecture and memorial industry.

They are looking for a Customer Care representative to join their friendly and engaged team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, who thrives in busy environments, with good attention to detail. This is a full time permanent office based position.

Key duties:

- Process a high volume of product orders within a turn around deadline
- Data entry management and ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide product information, quotes and invoices to customers
- Liaise with different departments to follow up orders and problem solve
- Build rapport with key wholesale customers

Key requirements:

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation skills
- Friendly, positive and empathetic nature
- Strong MS Office and computer skills
