Excellent remote opportunity for a HR professional to grow into a HR BP position

**The Company**

Our client is a key player health sector is looking for experienced HR Professional to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract with potential to extend Currently remote role, this may change in the future to a hybrid model.

**The Role**

This role will have a range of duties, responsibilities including:

- Support business areas in operational HR matters
- Provide quality support, education, advice and coaching on Generalist/ER & IR advice to business leaders
- Deliver accurate interpretation and implementation of EBA's and policies, including impacts of significant change
- Preparing employment contract, letters and written communication to staff
- Support and facilitate induction and probation process for the on boarding of new staff and the termination process as staff exit
- Completion of administrative tasks E.G. documentation, filing, auditing
- Support the ongoing maintenance of the HR database
- Provide coaching, support and advice to business leaders and staff on areas of performance and disciplinary management
- Provide support and advice regarding contract issues, including complex, sensitive issues
- Support and guide business area through change management processes
- Support the completion of Complete annual professional registration and compliance checks (e.g. WWCC, Police & Visa Check)
- Support project work as required/directed by the People Operations Leader
- Facilitate non-complex mediation when required
- Review and support the coordination of response to complaints of bullying, harassment and discrimination in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work, NES and other relevant legislation including EBA's & Acts
- Facilitate and prepare monthly organisational wide orientation programs
- Support enterprise bargaining negotiations with industrial advisors as directed by People Operations Leader
- Participate in ongoing Professional Development as required to ensure best practice and implementation across the company
- Work with external partners including VHIA, IR consultants, unions and auditors as required.
- Support and deliver training and development programs (when required)
- Any other duties as directed by People Operations Leader

- You will have experience in HR
- You will have experience using **Microsoft Suite**:

- You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- You will have exceptional attention to detail
- You will have experience in working in industry
