APS6 Senior Security Advisor opportunity in Canberra for 6 months starting immediately

**Your new company**
A well-respected Federal Government Department which is highly sought after.

**Your new role**
On a day to day, you will conduct risk assessments, provide security advice to internal and external stakeholders, review procedures for protective security and conduct other business as usual activities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Key requirements for this position include:

- NV1 Security Clearance (highly desirable)
- A qualification or relevant experience in Security Risk Management
- Relevant experience and is familiar with Government security policy (PSPF)
- Previous experience in Protective Security
