Faunatech is a leading provider of Wildlife Acoustics audio recorders and Reconyx camera traps in Australia, serving ecologists, wildlife biologists, researchers, and more in the Indo-Pacific region. We offer free virtual training sessions, tech support, and personalised customer service to meet the unique needs of each project.

**Role Description**

This role requires an estimated 8-16 hours per week of work and is a casual role, based at our Faunatech offices in Rydalmere, NSW. The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the organisation through the implementation of marketing objectives. The duties include social media posting and strategy, content creation, marketing campaign management and analytics/reporting.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company brand and messaging.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Create and update lead generation tools such as forms and landing pages in HubSpot CRM.
- Track marketing campaign success by regularly assessing goals and KPIs with the team
- Participate in marketing meetings, prepare meeting notes, and track status of action items
- Liaise with our US based Head Office Marketing Team to ensure overall company strategic objectives are met.
- Ensure branding is consistent in terms of brand colours, fonts, copy and messaging in all outgoing communications.
- Maintain knowledge of all Faunatech products and their use in the field.

- A good eye for visual design and copy is a key strength for this position.

**Knowledge**
- Willingness to seek help from colleagues
- Experience with HubSpot, Monday and EventBrite are preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Google Suite, Zoom and Slack.
- Experience with SEO/SEM and paid google ad campaigns.
- Interest in conservation and technology strongly preferred.

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years marketing experience essential.

**Working Conditions**

Work is performed on site in Rydalmere, NSW within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. There is flexibility on how the hours are split up over the week to suit your schedule.
