Customer Sales & Service Coordinator (Non-Customer Facing Role)

About the Opportunity:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Entering sales orders
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Providing customer quotes, order status updates, and lead times
- Vetting orders
- Providing technical and product support to customers
About You:
You are a self-motivated customer service specialist who thrives in a high-performance culture. To be considered, you must have:
- Experience in a similar role
- A reliable work history with a strong commitment to safety
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
