We are looking for a friendly and energetic Front of House Superstar to join our growing team in one of our new location in South Melbourne. As part of the **Firebox Pizza Team**, you'll help us create brilliant experiences to our customers.

From delivering amazing customer service you'll be responsible for assisting our team in bringing our product to life in ways that are truly inspiring.

As well as the following skills and experience, ideally you have a **passion for food & beverage and our environment sustainability.**

**What we're looking for**:

- Outgoing and approachable personality
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Ability to multitask and work in a really fast paced environment
- General understanding of hospitality operations
- Good communication skills and great ability to work as part of a team
- Happy and outgoing personality and a can do attitude

**What you'll do**:

- Assist Restaurant Manager with all operation related tasks such as:

- Answering phone calls and greet walk in customers
- Advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions
- Taking customers orders
- Operate POS and cash registers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Set up and pack down venue
- Work with other staff as a team
- Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving

**Salary**: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour
