We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. As the face of By Korea, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Manage payments and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and front station
- Handle takeaway and delivery orders
- Assist in setting tables, preparing utensils and condiments
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and great communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Korean language skills are a plus, but not required

To Apply:

Pay: $24.95 - $41.48 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
