We are seeking a Technical Officer Tree and Vegetation Management to join our Infrastructure and Natural Assets Group.

This is a rare operational leadership opportunity to oversee and supervise work crews involved in tree and vegetation management.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Formal qualification in Arboriculture/Horticulture/Natural Resource Management, and/or significant relevant experience.
- Well-developed interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading a team through effective management, coaching, and motivation of team members and achieving the organisation’s goals and objectives.
- Initiative, resourcefulness and the ability to solve problems.
- Understanding of, and experience in contemporary management practices, including:

- Safety management.
- Asset management.
- Risk management.
- Resource management (budget).
