**Here’s a sneak peek into what you’ll spend your time doing**:
- Responsible for leading client interactions in the Business & Technology Consulting and organising resources to deliver subsequent engagements.
- Assist and refine methodologies, frameworks, and processes to ensure the effective delivery of our services, this will involve standardisation of templates, guidelines, artefacts which are maintained and updated in line with current industry standards.
- Focus on growth,by building a strong sales pipeline and resources to deliver.
- Mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants in delivering the expected client outcomes.
- Develop proposals for client acceptance.
- Lead and ensure the quality of customer engagements as the Principal Consultant.
- Manage engagements to ensure resourcing, timeframes and financial outcomes are met.
- Keep an eye on the future and update the team on emerging technology trends.

You’ll get access to a variety of impressive corporate and enterprise customers across several different industries including (but not limited too) Health, Government, Financial, Utilities, Resources, Retail, Property and Education.
What we’re looking for in our next awesome human:
- Solid experience in a similar role where you’ve been responsible for the creation of project proposals, RFP responses and statements of work.
- Experienced and comfortable in engaging at Board and Executive level.
- Extensive experience in coordinating multiple, simultaneous and diverse customers.
- Essential that you have a background in technology and good understanding of cloud-based technologies, ideally within the Microsoft stack.
- Experience in the broader technology ecosystem, common approaches to managing technology, modern technology concepts.
- Customer service focus, you are someone who pro-actively monitors customer satisfaction.
- Industry certifications (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, PROSCI, Prince2, PMP, SAFe, Agile, DAMA, HCD) and post-graduate qualifications or MBA is highly desirable.
Demonstrated knowledge in several key areas from:
- Governance frameworks
- Risk Management
- Common strategic analysis tools (Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, PESTLE, SWOT, Value Proposition Canvas, or similar)
- Policy, standards, and framework review and development
- Financial Management
- Organisational Restructuring
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning
- Enterprise Architecture
- Solution Selection and product evaluation
