We are a small wholesale second-hand car dealership located in Northgate looking for an energetic office admin to join our team.

Experience isn't required as training will be provided but a can-do attitude and customer service experience would be highly regarded.

**What the role will generally consist of**:

- Setting up and listing Marketplace listings for vehicles
- Managing Marketplace messages and organising appointments
- Inputting vehicles to our dealer system & generating necessary docs (invoices etc.)
- Organising docs for department of transport & going there for registrations
- Other ad-hoc tasks where required

A valid driving license will be required as you'll travelling between department of transport and office works etc. on occasion. Company vehicle will be provided when required for this.

We are located in Northgate and the role will be office-based.

We require someone Wednesday & Thursday 9am - 3pm and Friday 9am - 12pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
