Hours: Full time (38 hours p/w)

**Role**:
Organise and control the functions and resources of offices such as administrative systems and office personnel.
**Job Duties**:
- Oversee general office operations and provide reports to management.
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and staff calendars.
- Manage filing systems, office supplies, IT infrastructure, and inventory orders.
- Respond to staff queries, oversee interactions, and address office management issues.
- Monitor office systems, implementing innovative work processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with Human Resources for policy updates, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Plan and manage in-house or off-site activities, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a comfortable working environment.
- Maintain and organize both electronic and physical files, including customer and project records.
- Manage staff attendance and movements to support productivity.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting office, manage office supplies, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
**Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience**:
AQF Associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma with 1 year full-time relevant work experience. At least three year of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
**Requirement**:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage both administrative and financial tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
