Forming part of the wider InvoCare brand, Patch & Purr is a leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint.

Through our dedicated and caring team, we offer dignified farewells for much loved family pets through our best-practice cremation services.

**About the role**

You will be required to service our vet clinics and clients across NSW. Duties include:

- Collect deceased pets from vet clinics in a respectful and dignified manner. All pets are hygienically bagged and chilled.
- Collect pets from owners’ homes
- Return pet ashes to clients' homes and vet clinics
- Complete paperwork requirements with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure the vehicle and work areas are maintained at the highest standards
- Navigate daily runs with efficiency

We take pride in conducting a very ethical, clean, neat, and hygienic operation. Our vehicles are modern and well optioned to make the collection and transportation of deceased pets sensitive and hygienic.

**What you will need to succeed**
- Drivers licence with a minimum of 9 demerit points left
- A passion for helping people during a difficult time
- Excellent personal presentation and verbal communication skills
- Be physically fit and comfortable with handling deceased pets in a professional manner
- An ability to be organised and thrives when working in a clean and tidy environment
- Reliable and flexible to meet the changing needs of the business
- Experienced in safe lifting procedures
- Be fully COVID vaccinated
