Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores within the designated area
  • Lead, coach, and support store managers to achieve sales targets, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Implement company policies, promotional strategies, and merchandising standards
  • Monitor store performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and service delivery
  • Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training, and performance reviews across stores
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for growth and efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role in retail (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service excellence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between store locations
