**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Lysaght business in our Biggera Waters team as Warehousing and Service Representative. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

**What Will You Do?**

Being a key team player in our warehouse and a core part of our customer facing team, you will:

- operate a forklift to assist the team with loading and unloading tasks
- prepare and follow up customer quotes, enter and manage orders whilst supporting our sales teams
- resolve issues and seeking ways to improve the customer experience

**More About You**

As a self-motivated, quick thinker, you quickly adapt and can juggle more than one task at any given time. You also enjoy being busy and working in a supportive team environment. You'll bring:

- picking, packing and forklift experience
- a current forklift licence
- a strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- a proactive approach in building constructive and effective relationships
- a commitment to your own safety and well-being while caring for others
