**Job Description** Ready to turn great holidays into unforgettable memories?** Join our friendly front office team at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort in this Permanent Part Time position and be the welcoming face our guests remember

**What you will do**:

- Greet guests with a smile, making everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive.
- Efficiently handle check-ins, check-outs, phone enquiries, and reservations.
- Assist with guest requests, from local info to special surprises.
- Ensure guest accounts are accurate and all transactions are handled with care.
- Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth handovers and happy guests.
- Support the team with any other tasks as needed—no job too big or small

**What you will bring**:

- A warm, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch guest service.
- Experience in a hotel, resort, or tourist park front office environment is a plus.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to keep cool when things get busy.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for making guests feel special.
- Knowledge of front office computer and reservations systems (desirable).
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
