**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager. You will ensure the highest possible standards in the Housekeeping Department. You will be hands-on and assist in providing daily coordination to housekeeping and task allocation. You will complete a range of tasks relating to park housekeeping, including:

- Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards.
- Organising, supervision, training and recruitment of staff (when required).
- Planning of daily room requirements, servicing, pre-arrival checks.
- Observation of the park cleanliness and facilities.
- Maintain good communication with other departments and your housekeeping Team.
- Maintain adequate stock levels and ordering in collaboration with the Park Manager
- Be receptive and proactive in solutions to guest feedback

**What you’ll bring**:

- Passionate and team-oriented with a "lead from the front" mentality
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can do attitude
- Ability to work in a team or autonomously;
- Demonstrated flexibility and reliability as the role will be working across a 7 day rotating roster that includes weekends;
