Our client who is a global provider of award-winning consumer products is seeking for **Allocation Officer** to work in **Sydney Olympic Park** office.

**Duties and Responsibilities;**

Stock Allocation & Backorder Management
- Managing stock allocation in line with weekly forecasts in order to meet weekly and month revenue targets
- Daily monitoring of backorders for all products
- Providing up to date product information & ETA’s to all departments where necessary
- Managing backorders in line with Sales forecasts and targets

Support to Sales/Marketing Team(s) in achieving sales targets
- Monitoring on hand and in-transit stock for sales target achievement
- Support to SCM in providing estimated weekly sales and clearance of aged stock
- Providing sales reports for Account Manager’s and State Managers when required

Managing stock supply and distribution as per management’s request
- Management of incoming and on hand stock to ensure that catalogue, promotional stock commitments are filled
- Providing accurate ETA’s for incoming stock and how the stock is to be distributed to customers orders

Backup and Support to Sales Order Desk
- Have thorough understanding of SOD workflow
- Providing support to inbound calls and KPI achievement
- Understanding the processes for Order Entry, EDI and Book Ins
- Support in troubleshooting and escalated issues
- Training for SOD in SAP and DF

**Requirements;**
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Good understanding of Excel
- Works well under pressure
- must have work rights in Australia

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney Olympic Park, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
