Cabrini’s Business Technology Services provides a range of IT services for approximately 5000 employees across several sites.

How you will make an impact
The Technical Lead is responsible for achieving the technical aspects of project related business outcomes considering security, reliability, scalability and standardisation. You will guide technical decision-making and lead the analysis and design of technical solutions ensuring artefacts such as design documents and as built documents have been created and appropriately reviewed. You will lead and coordinate the technology build to ensure deliverables are appropriately tested and fit for purpose.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate as the projects technical expert providing advice relating to business systems and technologies.- Support decisions which influence the success of projects and team objectives.- Lead the discussion with other IT teams to define a solution architecture that is in alignment with, business, technology and project goals.- Lead the implementation of all IT technology related to project goals.- Collaborate and lead technical resources within IT and the broader organisation to achieve the project technical goals.
About you
You will have:
- Qualifications and experience in infrastructure solution design, networking, VPN, AD etc- A proven track record in validating requirements and translating them into technical solutions.- Experience in drafting solution design documentation and artefacts.- Experience in coordinating vendors and internal resources to build and test infrastructure solutions.- Experience with HL7, FHIR and integration through middleware.- Experience working in a project environment.
