**Hey, before we hit the nitty gritty **

**So, here’s the low down.**

As a Kolmean (that’s what we call our team members), you’ll have both a job title, like Tech Team Lead, and a **squad**. Together, you’ll tackle spicy challenges, like how to streamline payments between tenants and owners, for example. Or how to save property managers time in their day-to-day tasks using AI. You’ll have tasks that you’re responsible for on your own, as well as tasks you’ll contribute to as part of larger company-wide projects.

**Here’s what we’re looking for**

Kolmeo is on the hunt for a Tech Team Lead to deliver high quality code and identify and manage areas of technical improvement within your squad. As a superstar within the Property Manager app team, you’ll work alongside the Head of Engineering to develop everyday tools to help property managers complete their tasks more efficiently while on-the-go, so we can support and develop Kolmeo’s property manager mobile experience

**A day in the life of a Kolmeo Tech Team Lead**
- Lead a team of engineers and contribute to the hiring and retaining of new engineers as the business grows
- Share your technical expertise with others, including training, support, coaching and contributing to technical forums
- Work closely with QA team members to resolve issues raised by testing
- Contribute and support a ‘DevOps’ mindset amongst the team, valuing end to end ownership of features and improvements, including the support and procurement of cloud infrastructure and pipelines
- Assist your team, the product owners, business analysts and designers with the design, prototyping and preparation of software specifications and interaction design for product features

**To hit this job out of the park, you MUST have**:

- Deep and thorough understanding of C# /.Net
- Experience designing and managing complex distributed systems (i.e., microservices)
- Ability to effectively plan technical tasks, organise complex problems into small deployable units whilst providing good progress visibility to the rest of the team
- Experience with infrastructure & DevOps
