Auto Masters Flinders Park is a family-owned and established business and has been operating for several years.

Our store has 3 technicians and 5 hoists, and we are known for our outstanding customer service

- Have worked as an Assistant manager or a 2IC in an automotive workshop previously
- Fully qualified 5+ years’ experience in the trade
- A sound knowledge of the automotive industry
- High standards in customer service and customer care
- Capacity to problem solve issues and find suitable resolutions
- Excellent work ethic and ability to strive for goals
- RWC and A/C licence would be advantage but not essential
- Current full drivers’ licence
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Planning each job for maximum efficiency
- Making recommendations for additional work to client vehicle based on diagnostics
- Good phone mannerisms and ability to communicate with customers
- Have their own tools
- Available to work Monday-Friday plus rotational Saturday mornings

**Responsibilities of this role will include, but not be confined to**:

- Assisting the service manager when required
- Answering the phone and dealing with customers
- Using our booking system for customers cars
- Responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of a range of used and new vehicles
- Trouble shoot and diagnose issues on vehicles
- Provide the highest level of workmanship on all vehicles
- Opportunities to keep up to date with brand products and tooling through our extensive network of suppliers
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all products and services offered
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment
- Complete all required paperwork with all details of works carried out
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedure
