Are you looking for a role that will suit a professional person looking to challenge themselves in an established RTO that is experiencing growth? The role of
**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day financial data and reporting requirements across the whole of our RTO business, ensuring the meeting of financial and compliance obligations against state and commonwealth contracts, and be a key contributor to the strategic direction of the business.
- This is a role that covers both our SA and WA campuses. You must understanding of the funding requirements and ability to adapt these across both states is a must.
- Monthly reports properly support accurate analysis and forecasting of financial performance.
- Proactive building of stakeholder relationships both internally and externally to ensure consistency of knowledge and activity across the whole of the role.
- Oversee the internal Student fees and charges, including invoices, payment plans and fee schedules.
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Understanding ASQA standards and RTO compliance requirements is a must.
- You must have an understanding of SA/WA funding requirements including STELA and/or DTWD.
- As well as the management of state and commonwealth funding activities.
- Enjoy a challenge and can work across divisions and with different teams.
- A great communicator who can build and manage a positive work relationship.
- Demonstrated knowledge in accounting for expenses.
- Knowledge of business systems and financial aspects of the education process.
- Customer service focus with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as willingness to constantly improve your individual performance.
