**About this role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service focused Patient Funding Officer to join our Patient Funding Team on a full-time, fixed term basis for 12 months (with the possibility of extension).
This position assists in contacting patients prior to admission to obtain registration details, performing health fund verification checks, providing quotations and discussing financial requirements in relation to patient admission. You will be part of a small, dynamic team of highly experienced administration professionals with a strong focus on the delivery of timely and accurate information to patients.

**About you**
Other key requirements include:
- Sound organisational and time management skills;
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Sound financial literacy and numeric skills;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; and
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Exceptional computer and Microsoft office skills, is also important for success in this role.
