We are currently looking for a Training Business Partner to join the business in the Work Health and Safety team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead the development, implementation and delivery of training and assessment for Perth Airport employees.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and company standards through effective program delivery and compliance monitoring
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, keeping our training programs innovative and effective.
- Collaborate with the Safety & Training function to create and promote a vibrant, positive safety culture across the airport.
- Provide expert advice and hands-on support to internal teams the go-to for training expertise.
- Track training success and implement exciting improvements to boost engagement and performance.
