Tweed Coast Security and Blinds are seeking an experienced installer for our busy and growing window furnishing business. Preferably qualified however, if not, must have experience with power tools and a wiliness to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidate. This is a full time position, 7.30am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday with the opportunity for overtime. Contract installers highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing a variety of window coverings, awnings, security doors, and shutters with the ability to work at height off ladders. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install a range of internal blinds, external awnings, shutters, security screens and doors
  • Measure and fit products accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work at height off ladders
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organised work vehicle and workspace
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling heavy materials
