We are searching for an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to provide leadership, guidance and maintain standards and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Work under the leadership of the Store Manager to coach and motivate your team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets.
- Managing the retail team to ensure consistent development of customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Ensuring the successful running of the retail stores and taking responsibility for ensuring the operations of the stores run smoothly, achieve set targets as well as maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Recommend, select, and help locate product based on customer needs or desires.
- Opening and closing the store premises, cash handling and maintaining store security.
- Report back to the store leadership team as required.

What you will bring to the team:
Previous retail supervisor experience (2 to 3 years).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage people.

Strong sales skills with the ability to guide customers through our range of products.

Career driven.

High personal standards in providing superior customer service.

Work under pressure with a proactive attitude and not be precious about rolling up your sleeves to get the work done - a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
