We are currently looking for a Store Supervisor to join our vibrant team at the Sydney CBD store This is an exciting opportunity to grow your retail career and be part of a high-performing, creative, and customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the store manager in daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Train and mentor sales teams to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Understand and monitor sales performance and encourage the team to meet daily targets.
  • Has high standards and experience in store operation and presentation, assists in visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
  • Be able to address all customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Handle cash related matters such as banking and reviewing daily reports/journals
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent communication and ability to motivate and guide the team.
  • Understanding of sales targets and how to break them down for daily performance.
  • Sound knowledge of store operations (stock, cash handling, visual merchandising).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
