We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Management Assistant to join our team In addition to strong administrative skills, you will also possess an outstanding work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Executive General Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

- Providing general administrative support across various departments - retail, procurement, construction, operations
- Data entry and database maintenance using both Microsoft and in-house software
- Compiling monthly departmental reports from programs such as Power BI
- Ad-hoc office duties as required

**You**

To be considered for the role you must have:

- Minimum 3-years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience liaising with a range of stakeholders including Executives
- A professional, bright and friendly demeanour
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Strong time management skills
- Previous experience in the residential building industry (preferred)
- A genuine desire for professional growth and development; potentially into an Executive Assistant role or similar
