Business Program Manager

The Business Program Manager will sit in the Delivery team of the EPMO across the Consumer Division. You will drive the program on time and on budget to realise the strategic and technology programs focused on customer experience. The success of this project will be determined by the provision of an end to end business outcome of program delivery including the technical, commercial and change management as well as operational handover.
In order to succeed in this role you will have a high level business acumen with experience in managing complex projects and/or programs of work in a changing environment.
Key accountabilities for this job role include:
- Program Management:
- Define Program requirements through accurately establishing customer expectations and analysing stakeholders' interests;
- Define and document the scope and specifics of the Program;
- Analyse tasks and develop an accurate schedule to fulfil Program deliverables;
- Identify, analyse and refine Program costs to produce a budget;
- Monitor, review and report Program quality and deliverables;
- Identify and formulate a risk management plan for a Program and assure Program continuity.
- Initiative sponsor and business unit stakeholder relationship management
- Ensuring customer experience parameters are driven to conclusion within programs
- Introduce and maintain program management processes in conjunction with the Delivery Governance Office
- Contribute to and work effectively within a complex and matrix team environment
