We're seeking an experienced
Site Manager
to lead the delivery of
high-end, architecturally designed luxury residences
across Sydney's most exclusive suburbs.

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded design-and-construct team known for
craftsmanship, innovation, and impeccable quality
.

The Role
As the on-site lead, you'll oversee all aspects of construction delivery – from structure through finishes – ensuring
every detail meets the highest standards of quality and design intent
.

You'll be responsible for:

  • End-to-end
    site management of luxury new builds and large-scale renovations
    ($3M–$20M)
  • Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain
    program, budget and premium finishes
  • Upholding strict
    quality control and OH&S compliance
    at all stages
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and clients to deliver
    exceptional residential outcomes
  • About You5+ years' experience as a Site Manager
    delivering
    luxury residential homes
    (custom builds, architectural homes, large-scale renovations)
  • A keen eye for
    detail, finishes and craftsmanship
    expected at the prestige end of the market
  • Proven ability to
    manage high-value custom builds
    , often in live or challenging sites
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire trades and teams on-site
  • Strong OH&S knowledge and a commitment to delivering projects
    on time, on budget, and defect-free
