**Shift Details**:

- **Day**: Wednesdays, and Saturdays
- **Time**: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- **Support Type**: Community Access

**About the Participant**:
The participant has recently started living with her mother again after six years apart, and both are in the process of adjusting. This role involves providing supportive time away from the home environment, helping the participant engage in community activities and enjoy a positive break, which is essential for maintaining a healthy family dynamic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage the participant in community-based activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Ensure the participant's safety and comfort throughout the shift
- Encourage independence and social participation
- Kind, patient, and supportive
- Experienced in community access or disability support (preferred)
- Reliable and punctual
- Holds relevant clearances and certifications (e.g., Working with Children Check, First Aid, NDIS Worker Screening Check)
- Clear and understandable English speaking skills
