We are working with a National Logistics organisation located in Hazelmere, who are looking for an experienced Freigth Forwarding Coordinator to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis. Great opportunity for someone who is keen to grow within the Oil & Gas Industry

We are working with a National Logistics organisation located in Hazelmere, who are looking for an experienced Freigth Forwarding Coordinator to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis. Great opportunity for someone who is keen to grow within the Oil & Gas Industry

**Working hours: Full time hours - Monday - Friday (flexible hours) and Hybrid working model**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Pay rate: $47ph - $55ph + Super (depending on experience)**

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Monitor & coordinate physical handling and transport of cargoes for hot shot transport & critical air freight movements;
- Booking, monitoring & managing vessels/aircraft, outbound transport to export port/airport;
- All functions of international export cargo administration including managing/overseeing cargo readiness, ensuring packaging requirements are met, export documentation etc;
- Export agency and documentation for all Australian Project sourced cargoes meeting client requirements.
- Opportunity to work with a global Oil & Gas Organization to provide supply of logistic services for Australian based offshore drilling rigs.
- Ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project needs;
- Liaise with global network & overseas forwarding agents

**Role Requirements**
- Experience in a international freight forwarding role
- **Knowledge of main freight programs (cargowise, CDC) or similar**:

- Proven capability in problem solving and process improvement
- Ability to work within a team environment (working across all groups involved in the delivery process).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Good time management and planning skills
- Ability to multitask
