Energised Talent Solutions is currently partnered with a globally active company with 280 years of experience. Their focus is on the markets of plant and process engineering, infrastructure and civil engineering, as well as natural resources and energy.

They are currently performing engineering design, design reviews as well as shaft scanning and surveying for mining clients. Broader business specialties are all areas of Ground Engineering, Mine Closure & Rehabilitation, EPCM services. Working with large mining and engineering firms already in Australia as subconsultants, they are now looking to have a defined presence in the Australian market. This role is at the Principal/Manager level and spearheading the company's growth in Australia.

Key technical competency that will be required is either Mine Geotechnical engineering or Mining Engineering. Your significant experience in this field will be both technical, but also with a drive, hunger and commercial awareness to help drive and grow the business here in Australia. The initial focus will be smaller projects/services until the brand and relationships are built in Australia.

The long-term plan is to build the office to 20-25 personnel over the next 5-6 years which you will be an integral part of achieving. For delivery capability other offices such as Head Office in Germany, Abu Dhabi or Canada will be used for support until more employees are hired.
