We have big plans for our organisation, and we are looking for an enthusiastic junior accounts manager who is looking to take their next step into kick-starting their career
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing customer enquiries
- Being responsible for contract management with existing customers
- Leading demos for clients
- Cross Sell and Upsell into existing customer base
- Act as the point of contact for assigned customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Understanding of customer needs and goals, and provide solutions to meet those needs
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, and work with customers to develop and implement solutions
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and success
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, technical support, and product development) to ensure customer success
- Provide feedback to the company on customer needs and pain points to inform product development and improvements
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals
**Key Company Expectations**:
- Showcase professionalism and consistently produces high quality work on or ahead of time
- Takes initiative, is a positive team member, and exhibits strong communication skills
**Essential requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience in customer success or account management, in the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus
- Proven track record within Sales
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- On call
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission
Work Location: One location
