We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Highpoint store, drive performance, and contribute to our continued growth and success.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our Highpoint store. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing team members, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position, working Sunday to Thursday. As a Store Manager you will be a passionate ambassador for the brand. We're here to ensure every parent feels prepared, supported, and empowered on their journey and we're looking for someone who shares that vision.

Reporting directly to The Memo's Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the in-store customer experience, maintaining high operational standards, and fostering a positive team culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, who is looking to make a real impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):

  • Lead, motivate and manage the store's team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Drive sales to ensure targets are met
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations - including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high performing team
  • Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and fully stocked at all times
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently

ABOUT YOU:

You're an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in running an efficient and welcoming store, and know how to get the best out of a team.

  • Proven experience in a similar retail management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-first mindset
  • A hands on approach with great organisational and problem solving skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills - word, excel, outlook
