This position is a **part-time opportunity (working Mon-Weds), fixed term until the end of December 2025** - The perfect opportunity for a recent grad, final year IT uni student, or working parents

- Be the go-to tech hero for our team, solving digital dilemmas and keeping our systems running smoothly
- Level 1-2 IT troubleshooting and support to all levels of the business
- Get hands-on with cutting-edge tech, from cloud solutions to cyber security
- Flex your multitasking muscles in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Contribute to exciting IT projects that shape the future of our digital landscape
- Travel occasionally to support ASICS events

**What You'll Bring to the Table**:

- At least 2 years of IT support experience (retail background is a plus)
- Solid know-how in Windows environments, Office 365, and cyber security
- A can-do attitude and the ability to explain tech stuff in human language
- Customer service skills that would make even Karen smile
- The flexibility to occasionally work weekends or travel interstate (but don't worry, it's not every weekend)

**Bonus Points If**:

- You have a degree in IT or a related field (but real-world experience is just as valuable)
- You've worked in retail, warehouse, or FMCG environments
- You're a sneakerhead or sports enthusiast (you'll fit right in)
