Overview of the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced parts interpreter to work alongside our Parts team, based at our Campbelltown site. The successful applicant must possess a high level of self-motivation, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to take the next step in their automotive career.
**Reporting to the Parts Manager your day to day duties include**:
Greeting and serving customers
Writing and Invoicing customer paperwork
Face to Face and phone enquiries.
Supply general advice/quotations - parts interpreting
Following up customer requirements
Ensuring parts ordered and delivered are accurate
Utilising our internal computer system
Follow all internal processes and procedures
**The Successful Applicant Must have**:
Customer Service experience - essential
Excellent computer skills
The ability to multi-task
Strong administration skills
Work together as a team
Dispute resolution skills
The ability to think on your feet
Strong organisational skills
