Hanrahan Health, part of the MedHealth group, offers multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan in clinical settings including our clinic spaces, private hospitals, residential aged care facilities, schools, homes and via telehealth. We are expanding our senior clinical team and are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist who can provide clinical support to our clinicians.

Location

The successful applicant can be based at any of our 4 clinic locations: Campbelltown, Bowral, Goulburn or Aspley. They will spend 2–3 days/week in clinic (full-time or part-time) and travel between locations to provide in-person support. Work-from-home options are available.

Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload and provide therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical function through clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate individualised treatment goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Support and advise on environmental adaptations for home, school, work and residential facilities
  • Recommend Assistive Technology to improve independence

About you
  • Considerable experience as an Occupational Therapist, across a diverse client base
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
Qualifications
  • Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist
  • Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
