An iconic Australian brand, Chicken Treat are the Chicken Heroes, now with a network of over 58 stores and epic growth plans for the future - new stores, refurbishments, continuous menu innovation and a laser focus on CX. Our Restaurant Support Centres are made up of our Cravers, a group of customer fanatics and experts in their fields, who work with our Franchise Partners to support their success, because we know that we win together. **What’s in it for you** This is a brand new role and the first of its type on the Eastern seaboard for Chicken Treat. As part of our National Operations Team, you will work directly with our Franchise Partners to enhance and grow their businesses and ultimately drive profit. When they are WINNING we are winning. You will partner with and coach our Franchise Partners on all aspects of their restaurant, including operational standards, customer experience, people leadership, sales and profitability, workplace health and safety, and business planning. To deliver on our people promise, you will provide strategic support on effective management of restaurant team members, including achieving and maintaining optimum staffing levels, rostering, managing employee performance, and succession planning, is paramount to our success. At the end of the day, by building deep understanding and knowledge of the operation and how to best manage in a fast food environment, you will ensure restaurants throughout your territory are operating at the top of their game. **What will set you up for success** You will have a history of success in a similar role either gained from running a territory of businesses or working in a QSR / casual dining environment. Experience working with multi-site operations will be key to being truly successful. Having a proven track record of coaching and leadership, financial acumen, exceptional interpersonal and influencing competencies, as well as business partnering skills will also put you in a place where you will be able to empathise and build a solid working partnership with the Franchise Partners. Adaptability and being able to communicate with all parts of our business, including the ability to work with Franchise Partners to drive their financial literacy (cashflow, business plans, P&L to a balance sheet) will also see you successful in this role.
