**Our Role**
Our highly reputable Insurance and Risk team is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary with 4+ years’ experience in defendant insurance, who is dedicated to providing exceptional support and bringing enthusiasm and passion to their role.
Working collaboratively in a team of three full-time Secretaries, supported by a two part-time Secretaries, your key responsibilities will include:
- taking telephone calls;
- arranging appointments and diary management;
- file management;
- document compilation;
- invoicing; and
- other ad hoc administrative tasks.
