**The Opportunity**
Working alongside experienced professionals with diverse areas of expertise, you will be providing estate and trust administration services and playing a key role in the fulfilment of the succession plans of some of Australia’s most successful families.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage service delivery of the estates and trusts where Mutual Trust is appointed leveraging different areas of expertise both internally and externally to deliver exceptional service to our clients
- Work directly with our clients and build strong and trusting relationships with the families we support
- Participate in improvement initiatives to deliver market leading trustee services
- Actively contribute to our growing business by supporting business development activities
- Work closely with senior management to ensure compliance is managed appropriately
**About You**:
Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience
- Knowledge and experience (7 years+) in administering estates and trusts gained either through the legal, accounting or trustee company industries
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Keen to work for a growing business with genuine opportunities for career development
- A principled appreciation for the role of a professional Trustee
- A qualification in law, accounting or other similar discipline or experience gained working the area
- Work collaboratively across teams and other disciplines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Growth mind-set
- Understanding of risk and compliance obligations in a Financial Services environment.
