**Job Description**:

- Perpetual Private is seeking a motivated professional for the role of Trust Associate. As a Trust Associate, you will manage a panel of lower complexity clients, within a Pod of Trust and Estates Managers in Melbourne, balancing needs across some or all of the Trusts, Estates and Lifestyle Assist enquiries.What will you be doing?-
- Build a thorough understanding of the needs and circumstances of clients so that client needs are effectively managed.
- Monitor and manage the book of accounts and ensure compliance.
- Ensure Trust accounts are administered in accordance with governing documents, legislation, and company policy on a profitable and commercial basis.
- Manage workload and service milestones to achieve timely and quality outcomes.
- Actively assist Lifestyle Assist clients with their enquiries, such as medical or insurance claims, liaising with utilities to pay bills.- What you will need to succeed:- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Trustee, Financial Services, or Legal environment.
- Strong client and stakeholder (internal & external) management skills.
- Sound communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working in a client centric business environment.
- Understanding of risk and compliance obligations in a Financial Services environment.Our opportunity
