Full time opportunity Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 15:30 pm with a Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO)

We have an opportunity for a Handyperson to join our Facilities and Asset Services team. You will have the opportunity to work in a leading pharmaceutical company located in Melbourne CBD. You will be required to perform both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on buildings, structures, furniture and equipment on site.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Successfully completed recognised trades qualification
- A building trade certificate (preferred)
- At least 5 years' experience working in a building maintenance position involving large volumes of assets and programmed servicing schedules.
- Basic Microsoft office skills (excel and word)
- Be willing to undertake police and medical checks.
- Strong focus on OH&S whilst conducting activities.
- Good eye for detail and takes pride in work.
- Reliable, punctual, honest & well presented.
- A calm and friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
