**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Handyperson to join the (Location) Facilities Team. As the Maintenance Handyperson, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of building systems and equipment, as you deliver quality service to the Scape residents. Enjoy variety and a role where no two days the same; then this role is for you

The successful Maintenance Handyperson will work closely with their team members to ensure that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

To be successful you will have:

- At least 2 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance as a handyman or similar
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Enjoy and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to relate to customers
- Effective communication skills that promote positive interactions with stakeholders and residents

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATES**

We are seeking enthusiastic self-starters with the following skills and experience:

- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Can work in team or individual setting
- Ability to work with and relate to young adults while also maintaining professional and cultural sensitivity and boundaries
- 1-2 years' experience as a public area cleaner in a large commercial environment or room attendant in a 4 - 5 star hotel environment
