**Zubi at Billy's on Bilgola Beach is looking for a full time Cafe Manager**

We are looking for an individual who has the passion for good coffee and simple, fresh, delicious food. We have one of, if not the best view in Sydney for a cafe. You can watch the sunrise over the waves from the coffee machine each morning. We are one of four Zubi Cafes on the Northern Beaches and we pride ourselves on the beautiful communities we have created around them. The role of Cafe Manager will include:

- Rostering
- Maintaining food and beverages to our standards
- Ordering stock and checking deliveries
- Hiring staff
- Implementing and improving systems
- Leading by example and inspiring team members
- Maintaining a hygienic and presentable workplace

Barista experience will also be necessary due to the high volume of coffees. All systems and necessary training will be provided.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
