The Sanctuary Cafe is looking for an experienced Cafe All Rounder to take on the role of the leader and became a Part of our TSC team. We need a Cafe All Rounder to make sure that the Drinks reflect the beautiful surroundings of Dicky Beach

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Setting up the cafe area
- Making the drinks to perfection.
- Developing and leading front of house team to consistently deliver high-quality Drinks.
- Keeping the area clean as per the industry sanitation regulations.
- Helping with stock management including, ordering, rotation, and wastage control.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail in all areas of your work.

Ultimately, you’ll deliver a complete Drinks menu that delights our guests. If you have experience with coffee making and service skills, we’d like to meet you.
- Someone who has a passion for the industry and is committed to a successful career in hospitality.
- Projects a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times.
- Enjoys working with others in a team environment and can give and take directions well.
- Possess a creative flair and has superb presentation skills.

What You Will Bring To The Table:

- At least 6 months of experience as a Barista or cafe all rounder working in a high-pressured environment.
- Control stock, order, and checking of deliveries.
- Provide high-quality Drinks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong compliance focus.
- A commitment to achieving outstanding sales results.
- Exceptional customer service standards.
- Ability to engage with the local community.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-rounded experience within the Cafe/bar industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Salary
- As per the industry standards plus all-you-can-drink coffee

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour
