Are you a skilled Requirements Management Specialist with a passion for driving innovation in product development and R&D environments?

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented professional to join an Australian owned, global Robotics company.

As a Requirements Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in defining, organising, and tracking requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle.

If you have a strong background in requirements management, along with hands-on experience in product teams and R&D settings, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams and R&D departments to gather, analyse, and document requirements for cutting-edge projects.
- Utilize your expertise in requirements management to establish and maintain a structured and traceable requirements hierarchy using industry-leading software solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive impact analysis to understand the intricate relationships and dependencies among requirements, design elements, test cases, and other vital project artifacts.
- Facilitate requirement reviews and discussions, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with project goals within dynamic product teams and R&D environments.
- Manage changes to requirements, evaluate their impact, and effectively communicate the changes to stakeholders, while maintaining seamless collaboration across teams.
- Develop and maintain traceability matrices to ensure robust coverage and validation of requirements, promoting accountability and compliance.
- Foster close collaboration with development, testing, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful implementation and verification of requirements.
- Generate customized reports and metrics to track project progress, compliance, and performance within fast-paced product and R&D settings.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of industry-standard requirements management practices, methodologies, and tools, including expertise in utilising and being a Product champion in software such as Jama Connect or IBM DOORS.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in requirements management, specifically within product teams and R&D environments.
- Familiarity with advanced traceability and impact analysis techniques, tailored to fast-paced product development and R&D settings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex challenges and effectively prioritize tasks within dynamic environments.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, enabling seamless interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in requirements management processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and adapt to changing project demands.
- Certification in requirements management (e.g., REQB, IREB) is a plus.
