**PROPERTY ASSESSOR DESKTOP - CUSTOMER & OPERATIONS - MULTIPLE LOCATIONS**

- Ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8am-6.00pm (**local time based on your location**)
- Ability to work a training roster from 9am-5.30pm (**AEST** time)

**About the role**
- Maintain a consistent delivery of the AAL customer experience within claims underpinned by AAL Claims Experience Principles.
- Maintain a timely delivery of claims outcomes of a portfolio of property claims which meet or exceed the customer expectations throughout the life of a claim.
- Liaise with claimants, repairers, and other internal/external stakeholders to drive timely decision making and life of claim outcomes.
- Maintain a productive work environment though appropriate planning and workflow management.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Managing a portfolio of property claims from end to end and being the main point of contact of the insured.
- Maintaining a timely delivery of property claims outcomes which meet or exceed customer expectations throughout the life of a claim.
- Liaising with claimants, repairers, suppliers, and other internal/external stakeholders effectively to drive positive outcomes.
**About you**
- Experience in property claims and/or trade background/qualifications (**essential**)
- Handling a high volume of inbound **and** outbound calls **in a fast-paced environment**.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision making.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies, **while** **working within the compliance and regulatory requirements of the role.**:
