We are seeking an experienced and driven **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join the Brandbank HR team on a **12-month fixed term contract**.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across our retail network, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the best talent in the market.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and has a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunity.

**THE ROLE**:

- Partner with Retail State Teams and Hiring Managers to deliver seamless recruitment support across store portfolios.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from advertising, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination, feedback, and compliance.
- Drive recruitment campaigns including Christmas and bulk hiring initiatives.
- Proactively source talent and build pipelines through LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, ATS, and other channels.
- Represent Brandbank at university open days, careers fairs, and community events.
- Maintain accurate reporting, recruitment metrics, and system compliance.
- Contribute to projects across employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and process improvement.
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in high-volume internal recruitment or agency (retail experience highly regarded).
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS platforms (JobAdder experience desirable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
